Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice. We accept checks, money orders and all major credit cards.

Yes, but please remember to always list the invoice number(s) on your check or remittance slip to allow us to apply your payment correctly.

Can my client pay Capitol Process Services, Inc. directly?
Yes you may instruct your client to pay us directly, but please note you are responsible for any balance that is due. Please instruct your client to put the invoice number on their check to allow us to apply the payment correctly.

Why am I getting multiple invoices when the work requested is in the same case?
We do not bill by the case. We provide an invoice for every service of process requested.
